Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
- ½ cup oats
- ¾ cup milk of choice
- 1 Tbsp sweetener or sugar
- (Optional)Top with:
- apple slices
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- drizzle honey
- nuts
- granola
- banana slices
Instructions:
- Measure out your oats and milk of choice and combine in a mason jar or other sealed container.
- Seal the lid and place in your fridge overnight for about 6-8 hours.
- Prepare sliced apples, bananas, and toppings of choice.
- Once the oats are ready, top with other ingredients.
Variations:
- Can substitute peanut butter with sunflower butter or almond butter.
- Can use non-dairy milk as well like almond milk or oat milk.
- Add protein powder into the oats overnight for extra protein!
- Add yogurt and milk as the liquid instead of just milk.
