Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats in seperate jars with each different toppings: strawberries & bananas, Chocolate chips & nuts, Peaches & honey

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup oats
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • 1 Tbsp sweetener or sugar
  •  
  • (Optional)Top with:
  • apple slices
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • drizzle honey
  • nuts
  • granola
  • banana slices

Instructions:

  1. Measure out your oats and milk of choice and combine in a mason jar or other sealed container.
  2. Seal the lid and place in your fridge overnight for about 6-8 hours.
  3. Prepare sliced apples, bananas, and toppings of choice.
  4. Once the oats are ready, top with other ingredients.

 

Variations:

  • Can substitute peanut butter with sunflower butter or almond butter. 
  • Can use non-dairy milk as well like almond milk or oat milk.
  • Add protein powder into the oats overnight for extra protein!
  • Add yogurt and milk as the liquid instead of just milk.
