"Cowboy" Caviar Bean Salsa

Ingredients:

• 1 Can of Black Beans
• 2 Tomatoes
• 1 Can of Corn 
• 1 Jalapeno 
• 2 Bell Peppers
• 2 Tbsp Cumin
• 1 Lime 
• ⅕ bunch of Cilantro 
• ½ Red Onion

Instructions:

• Dice tomato, jalapeno, red onion, and bell peppers and add to a large mixing bowl. 
• Add canned corn and beans to the same bowl and mix
• Slice lime into wedges and squeeze the juice into the bowl as well.
• Add cumin and chopped cilantro and mix again
• Serve with chips or on a tortilla and enjoy!     

Variations:

• Add avocado, other types of beans, different veggies, etc.
• Serve on a burrito bowl or eat it as a dip with tortilla chips
