Hello my name is Zul Santiago and I am a sophomore at the University of Arizona studying Nutritional Sciences with an emphasis in Dietetics and a minor in Spanish. Being part of Cooking on Campus has been a great experience. What I love about this club is how friendly all the members are and how you can give your opinions and put them to action. As well I love how I am still practicing my nutrition since the food we cook is on the healthier side. This year taking on the role of co-director has given me a behind the scenes look at all the work that is inputted to holding a class and has made me even more involved which I love. I hope that year by year Cooking on Campus keeps growing where it can be spread to other parts outside the UA.
