How to make boiled eggs:  Take a medium pot and fill with cold water,  submerge eggs in the pot with the water about an inch or so above the eggs. Bring the water to a boil. Once boiling, cover and turn off the heat.  Set a timer for 7-12 minutes, depending on how you want the yolk cooked. Transfer the eggs to a bowl of cold ice water and let chill for 5-10 minutes. Peel and enjoy. Storage: Peeled or unpeeled hard boiled eggs will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
