"Food is super important in our culture. As a Mexican Indigenous person, that's the way that I identify, food is an integral part of everything that we do....I think when we're speaking about Latinx culture, it's so varied and it's so diverse and food is part of the way that we can also share our culture and our identity with people that are like us and not like us." - Dominique Calza
