"My favorite way to describe it [intuitive eating] is it's really just the self care framework for eating. So it's a way to eat that is really self compassionate, it's weight neutral, it really focuses on how food makes us feel when we are nourished and we get enough to eat, but also when we enjoy eating." - Megan Meyer
