Caramel Apple Slices

Equipment:

Cutting Board

Chef Knife

Sauce Pot

Paper Towel

 

Ingredients:

1 green apple (or apple of preference)

1 Tablespoon Water

1/2 cup baking caramels 

 

Instructions:

1. Wash apple and cut into circular slices

2. Dab apple slices with paper towels to remove excess juice

3. Melt caramel in sauce pot with 1 tablespoon of water. Make sure to stir constantly 

4. Once caramel is melted either dip apple slices into caramel or drizzle caramel on top

5. Add any toppings you want 

 

Optional:

  • Nuts for toppings 
  • Chocolate to drizzle on top
